The panel will have the most up to date surveys for you located on the community website under the “My Surveys” page. You will also receive an invitation by email to participate. Community research will be conducted on the Web and all you need to do is click on the link, or copy and paste the Website address into your browser window. Then, simply follow the instructions on the screen to complete the survey.
Not necessarily. We will do our best to identify studies that look like a match based on your profile, but our research may include criteria which is not part of our membership information. In these cases, the only way to know if you qualify will be to ask you up front in the survey. In cases when your household does not fit the criteria, we will try and notify you quickly and release you from completing any more of that survey.
On average, you will be sent a survey invitation about once or twice per month. There will also be new Quick Polls posted to the site every week or two, as well as occasional new discussion forums for you to participate in.
You are welcome to take part in as many surveys and discussion forums as you like.
On average, our surveys are approximately 10-15 minutes; however, some can be as short as 5 minutes and others can be longer than 15 minutes. All surveys and activities are completely voluntary, and we let you know the approximate length of the survey in the invitation so you can plan accordingly. As well, surveys can be stopped and restarted later from where you left off if you are in a hurry.
Yes, community members can opt-out by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the website to cancel their membership. Alternatively, members can submit a request via the Contact Us form or send an email to email@example.com with the word "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
As a member of the Racing Post Customer Panel community, you may receive different types of compensation depending on the type of research you participate in. For every survey you complete, you will be entered into our monthly prize draw.
